Complaints

We work hard to provide our customers and brokers with a first class service. Your policy is placed with us through a broker and in the first instance you should contact them if you are experiencing any problems with your policy. Alternatively, if you have a complaint which relates to your policy cover, please refer to the complaints procedure in the policy wording.

However, if you are not happy with any aspect of the service you have received from us, we would like to know and will do all we can to resolve the situation. Please contact us at complaints@faircoverunderwriting.co.uk, and we will try to resolve matters for you.

We will aim to assist with your complaint as quickly as possible, and will keep you informed throughout the process, but if you are not satisfied with our response within 8 weeks, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
